How to attend our program
To join our school just contact us through our website or visit our main office location in Tamale and we will help you will the process.
What you need to know
We will be serving girls ages 6-30 in the town of sahakpaligu and its surrounding villages. Our trained professionals will be using evidence- based programs which will focus on supporting, mentoring, and guiding girls into STEAM and technology.
After the end of the program they will be able to sit for the Microsoft office certification, A+ and Network certification and can become Certified Cisco Network Associate as well.
However, we will access the level of education and skills set to place students in any of the certifications.
We have partnerships with schools in the region and we will continue with our partnership as we grow to get more schools involved.
Group 1
1.Ability to read and write in the English language
2.Required/must have a junior /secondary school or some college education
3.Pass the computer literacy test
Group 2
1.Ability to read and write in the English Language
2.Not required to have any junior /secondary or any college education
3.Attend our class for 3-8 months to sit for the General Educational Development (GED)
4.Study and sit for the computer literacy test

computer training program
Ramfat Girls and Women Foundation graduates can fill technical jobs ranging from entry-level help desk to software testing and quality assurance to mid-level cisco certified network associate. The intensive and thorough instruction is 75% hands-on learning based on real-world scenarios required for the job.
Our courses have a heavy focus on preparing students by emphasizing like customer service, teamwork, and communication, in addition to in-demand technical skills. Our graduates will perfect more than technological skills in the workplace.
Industry Certification.
With our program ,one can be ready to earn certifications from CompTIA and/or other recognized certification providers. Our graduates get certified in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Cisco Certified Network Associate .
Microsoft Office Specialist
The Microsoft Office Specialist program assists students in gaining advanced industry standard, market-related skills that employers recognize and respect. We offer you the opportunity to compete on an even keel with experienced professionals. Certifications offered: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. To enroll in MOS, all prospective students must pass a digital literacy test.

We constantly update our curricula and student services to reflect feedback and recommendations from employer-partners. We can even develop custom trainings to meet the IT talent needs of your company.

From the moment school-age children step through the door after school, they get help with their homework as well as the chance to play with their friends. We also offer several fun, hands-on activities that help reinforce what elementary school-age children learn during the day, enhancing their educational experience.

Our Mission
The goal of the Ramfat Girls and Women's Foundation is to provide a community center that offers both effective and competency-based computer training for Girls and Women so they can learn technological literacy and increase their opportunities for employ ability.Included is an after-school program to help the children of said girls and women with their assignments and further their education. We hope to support girls and women in pursuing a successful career and contributing to the advancement of Information Technology in their homes and communities at large.

Our vision is to provide competitive and innovative computer Training services to the Girls and Women in the Sahakpaligu urban community and its surroundings in Northern Ghana and beyond. We seek to give the women in Northern Ghana the opportunity to work, live, and grow on their own terms, by providing the education necessary to do so.
